The SEIU has basically admitted that they caused strikes as a way to campaign for Biden and the Democrats, while they have also pledged to spend an unheard of amount for the election. In 2011, the Occupy Wall Street movement was in full swing, with claims that they were the majority being oppressed by the rich. The Biden administration is working to make it so it is harder to get rid of the extreme amount of employees in the federal government. There are 2.2 million government employees, with many being proven to have embezzled money, allowed contractors to, or helped with crime in some manner. Government employees have allowed for the deaths of American citizens, destroyed lives, and have proven to be a burden, all while being more protected from being fired than any other employee in the world. In other words, they are the definition of corruption, and Biden wants to protect that even more.
