The SEIU is known for its illegal actions, which makes one wonder about its legal counsel. As of March 19, 2024, the SEIU is having to find a new one, as the lawyer for so many of their illegal actions is now the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. One of the rights held most dear by most Americans is the right to free speech, which the SEIU has been proven several times to be trying to hinder. In 2011, the Occupy Wall Street movement was in full swing, with claims that they were the majority being oppressed by the rich. The Biden administration is working to make it so it is harder to get rid of the extreme amount of employees in the federal government. There are 2.2 million government employees, with many being proven to have embezzled money, allowed contractors to, or helped with crime in some manner. Government employees have allowed for the deaths of American citizens, destroyed lives, and have proven to be a burden, all while being more protected from being fired than any other employee in the world.
